Aani, Bienvenue, Welcome!
Rooted in a deep respect for the human story, Chriss brings a rare blend of clinical training and ancestral knowing to the therapeutic space—honoring the wisdom that lives in the body, the bloodline, and the quiet spaces held by the land.
Specializing in trauma, grief, and personal development, Chriss takes an approach that is creative, grounded, and genuinely offbeat. Sessions may include a blend of ecoart therapy, drumming, and holistic practices alongside evidence-informed methods—because healing often happens in unexpected way.
This is therapy that trusts you as the expert of your own life and I am a mirror reflecting to you what you may not see at first.
You are welcome here—exactly as you are, I will meet you there.

Services

One-on-one sessions held virtually, tailored to where you are and where you want to go. Whether you're working through trauma, grief, or the quieter work of personal growth, sessions are shaped around you — your pace, your process, your life.
A virtual space to heal in community. Groups bring together people navigating different experiences with one shared intention — to move forward. Sometimes the most powerful part of the work is realizing you don't have to do it alone.

IADC is a guided therapeutic experience that invites a felt sense of connection with the consciousness or spirit of a deceased loved one. It offers a sacred space for messages, closure, and healing to emerge beyond ordinary perception. Please note: There is a minimum 6 month - 1 year waiting period after losing a loved one that is required prior to booking your first session.
