At River Chryx, we take care to ensure the quality of our products and services. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected.

Services (Readings, Therapy, IADC)

Due to the personalized and time-sensitive nature of spiritual and therapeutic services, all session fees are non-refundable once the session has taken place. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please refer to our cancellation policy in our

Terms and Conditions.

Physical Products (Oracle Items, Grimoires, Spiritual Tools)

Because our products are handcrafted and often personalized, we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in the following circumstances:​

• The wrong item was shipped

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and a description of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. Shipping fees will have to be paid by the recipient.

Custom Orders

Custom oracle creations and personalized items are non-refundable as they are made specifically for you.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads (e.g., PDFs, guides), all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if circumstances warrant. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
