By using the services of River Chryx, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or purchasing.
Services Offered
River Chryx provides spiritual services including cartomancy readings, oracle creation, spiritual counseling, and Induced After Death Communication (IADC) therapy. These services are spiritual and therapeutic in nature but are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or legal advice.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, attend scheduled appointments on time, and communicate openly about your needs and concerns.
You acknowledge that you have read and understood our scope of services, limitations of confidentiality, and contraindications for certain services (such as IADC waiting periods and mental health exclusions).
Waiver of Liability
By participating in these services, you acknowledge inherent risks and voluntarily assume full responsibility for any outcomes. You waive and release River Chryx, its owners, and staff from any and all liability relating to services provided, except where prohibited by law.
Confidentiality
All information shared during sessions is kept confidential except where disclosure is legally or ethically required, as outlined in our Limitations of Confidentiality policy.

Payment
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Prices are subject to change, and current rates are posted on our website.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change, and we ask for your cooperation in respecting our time and the time of other clients.
Cancellation Notice We require at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment.

Rebooking Within the Same Week
If you cancel without 24 hours notice but can rebook your session within the same week, your session fee will be voided and applied to your new appointment date. No additional fees will be encured.

Cancellations Without Rebooking
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, or cancel with appropriate notice but do not rebook within the same week, the full session fee is owed and no refund will be issued. This policy ensures we can honor the time set aside for your session.

No-Shows
If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not provided notice, the full session fee is owed and no refund will be issued. Three missed appointments will result in file closure and assumed abandonment of the therapeutic relationship.

We appreciate your understanding and commitment to this policy, which allows us to serve all clients fairly and maintain the integrity of our scheduling.

Intellectual Property
All written materials, recordings, oracle creations, and content provided by River Chryx remain the intellectual property of the business. You may use materials for personal use but may not reproduce, distribute, or sell them without permission.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Digital Records and use of AI
We would like to disclose the use of digital record keeping in accordance to best practices and standards according to our governing body. AI is used to complete case notes and digital marketing tasks. By agreeing to the terms, you agree to the use of these technologies designed to reduce unpaid clinical tasks; this allows our fees to stay low.
